+, will i be able to put all of the game graphics options on the highest option possible with an nvidia geforce 7950, or do i need an 8800? PLZ TELL!!!!!!!

but coincidently i have the same card as bioshockrulez presently & will be upgrading to an 8800 in a couple of months.

but i am to wondering if i will be able to run it on a 7950gs.

though my cpu is currently only a 1.61ghz 2800+ (yes old, crappy & laughable) but i am also upgrading that to a 2.41 ghz 3400+.

i understand it will most probably run on my new setup, but will it actually run on my current admittantly kinda crappy setup? :P

The GPU is alright, but the Processor, nah... I think you'd struggle on low/med settings with your current set up...with an 8800 and the new processor (single core or dual core btw?, I'm an Intel Quad Core guy, never had an AMD before.), you should be able to run it better.

single core, amd :P (probably also pretty crappy, but hopefully still a decent improvement over my current setup)

though im still also gonna concider trying out the demo anyways when it eventually comes out just for a test (though like you said, i imagine it will run pretty poorly.. still.. im updating my comp just especially for this game, & i guess while i wait the couple of months for the upgrade - because i have no patience, especially when it comes to this game, (hopefully understandably), i guess it wont hurt to test out my current crappy system on it too :P )

AMD dual core 5600+ overclocked to 3GHz
2 GB of DDR2 Ram
Integrated sound card
Dual Booting Windows Vista and Windows XP
