I not too sure if you can use them on Gene Banks, but I know you can use slot machines.

i thought the only place you can buy plasmids and gene tonics are at gatherer's gardens, and from a picture i saw of the inventory at one of these gatherer's gardens, all prices were a set number of Adam. like 60 Adam, or 80 Adam. so i don't think that you use the dollars to buy plasmids/gene tonics.
Yeah ur right there, the genetics alterers r paid for by adam i think and inventions and upgrades r dun with cash.
