If it isn't official then its worth nothing. Nothing at all. I hate when sites give out specific dates, last time GT gave out June 30th (tomorrow).

Dont know for sure but I guess the 28th of feb is the last day of the fiscal year 2009.
Figure they just put that up there to be sure it either gets published on that day or before

MAFIA II HAS A NEW RELEASE DATE
