If you could somehow hack or control a Big Daddy? Maybe towards the end of the game your only escape is through a room crawling with Splicers and a Big Daddy. You take control of another Big Daddy, kill the Splicers, and then have a Big Daddy V. Big Daddy showdown...that would ROCK!
They have that in two forms. The enrage and hypnotize plasmids. Enrage will make it go nuts and kill everything it sees and hypnotize will make it follow and protect you.
Wow I didn't hear about those Plasmids...mmm. I need to read up on the whole list.
