If you could only ever play the Mario series or the Ape Escape series, which one?

If you could play all of the other games you wanted to play, but you had to choose between only ever playing either the Ape Escape series or the Mario series (you had to give up of those two) which series would you choose to play?

Personally I prefer the Ape Escape series, basically because of the inventiveness, the humour and the variety.

You didn't like ape escape? I really loved it. It's one of the games I want to buy a Playstation for, but the 360 just seems to be a better choice at the moment.

I think once the price of the PS2 drops in price I'm going to pick one up— I want to play Ape Escape, Shadow of the Colossus, Ico, and I think there were a couple of others, but I can't really remember which off the top of my head.
