Ok so I went downtown and found them both! Anyways here it is!
PCGamer Magazine:
This is on the multiplayer:
-Set a full year before the first Bioshock during the civil war that devestated rapture.
-10 multiplayer maps
-Quoted from PCG: "Congratulations, citizen of rapture! You've been approved to join the Sinclair Solutions team as a product tester! We'd like to invite you to test our home defense product in the field and tell us how you feel! With your continued effort, you'll soon earn access to the exclusive Bronze Club benefits! So get out there and start earning those rewards!"
-Starts you off in YOUR apartment(Person you play) The above sinclair thing plays on the radio and you are introduced to your starter pack consisting of a Pistol, A shotgun, and three basic plasmids, Fire, ice and electricity.
-Your apartment is like your menu, You can check leaderboards, coustomize your character, etc.
-You can chose to go through the narative which explains your role in rapture and in the war or skip it and go straight into matches.
-(Awesome way to start a match) You enter your own personal bathysphere and pull the lever and the match begins.
-In every match you accumulate Adam based on your preformance- Kills, assists, hacks,Becoming a big daddy, killing a big daddy, and a whole bunch of unrevealed stats. With enough adam you rank up. When you rank up you recieve a new upgraded pack of weapons, tonics and plasmids and Sinclair Solutions(SS for short my hand hurts) send you another audio tape that advances the story.
-Matchmaking puts you with other players at your level.
-All modes support up to 10 people.
-Elemental plasmids can be CHARGED for an extra kick.
-Apparently you can use the Circus Of Values in multiplayer matches.(Only for EVE from what I can gather)
-There are points in the map that contain turrets, rocket launchers, etc that you can hack.(No minigame just a time bar)
-Each of the 8 playable characters have their own melee weapon. Same damage for all though.
-You can become a big daddy via a power-up(Finding a suit and putting it on) in the level. Full access to rivet gun and of course the increased strength.
-You can switch weapons and plasmids durring loadouts while you wait to respawn.
-New plasmid (EXCLUSIVE TO MULTIPLAYER) Aero Dash which is basically super speed.
-Lots of points for killing a BD.
-They reveal 3 out of 10 playable maps which are: Kashmir Restaurant, Mercury Suites, and Point Prometheus.
-Another new plasmid: Geyser Trap. a prototype of the original cyclone trap its basicly a gush of water from the ground which you can use as a jump pad or like the usually slamming dudes into the ceiling.
-You have 3 swappable loadouts. Per loadout you have 2 weapons, 2 Plasmids and 3 Gene tonics.
-Each weapon has 3 possible upgrades. i.e the Shotgun can be customized to have either Wider range, Longer Distance or Bigger clip.
-They have a few pictures of multiplayer in action
OK FOR GAMEPRO:
-Dear GOD the picture of the prototype BD we play is absolutely STUNNING!! I take back EVERYTHING I said about it not looking super awesome!!
-Apparently, Cyclone Trap is Hmmm how to say it.. the tramp of the plasmids. It interracts with ALL other plasmids.(Tornado of bees fun!)
-The maxed out drill turns the tip into diamond for carving up baddies in armor ALSO hinting to splicers with armor and tougher BDs. The maxed Rivet Gun can shot super heated rivets that set enemies on fire.
-Telekinesis + Rotating Drill = Awesomeness!
-Exploding Rivets
-You(Prototype BD) Actually slept through the events of Bio1
-Playable Flashbacks.
-(Rumor Only!!!!!1111: Bioshock 3 MAY revisit Rapture.)
-Dark secrets about Tenenbaum, Andrew Ryan, Big Sis and "worse" of all You.
-DLC for BS2 is hinted to.
-Your character starts off normal and starts to mutate the more you splice.
-Hmm I dont know if it's a spoiler or not but You're basically trying to restore your memory of who you are and what your place was in rapture as you explore its halls.
-The prototype BD suit looks wwaaayy more muscular and lean than I was expecting.
((The above is just the bare bones of the articles. Basically the main points of the magazines.
Below is the more detailed articles in their full magazine context submitted by MegaScience))
