I hate it, when I played the demo, I just bought out the thing.

i like it because it goes with the underwater city and i think its cool the fact that machines have small pipes instead of wires.
Actually your thread was about "What's so immersive about the mini-game?" while this one is "What do you think about the mini-game?".
I liked it, but it did take getting used to.
I agree. I enjoyed it a lot. It wasn't too complex, but it wasn't super easy. Really love it.
I just realized that one of the choices are "Really stupid. Takes away from the reality!"

I enjoyed it. It was a fun entertaining change of pace. I can't wait to try and hack harder bots.
I like mini-games
I find it better than lock picking in Oblivion and God knows how many times I did that mini game.
after i realized i couldn't actually use the money i found i just started buying the bots on replays, but otherwise i think its alright, easy to catch on, but not annoying.
i loved that rocket game made by popcap games, so its a friendly welcome back.
i think it must be reconecting the fuel lines

i did too but i read a review of the demo and the guy said after you practice it for 10 minutes you get the hang of it. just go to the camera and electrocute every bot that comes out and hack it.
I love it, a nice take-away from shooting and using plasmids. Breaks up the action, y'know?
I really loved it. Ahhh reminded me of pipe dreams. They need to make it cost more, or either make it harder to come across money, or people will just buy it out every time.
to be honest i dont like it. i will more than likely pay to have the machine hacked every time. i would rather kill things than play pipe dream.
You know SweetTooth, this game was created not to be a mindless shooter. You have to do other stuff for once.

actually you're supposed to be able to do whatever so maybe he wants to play it like every other shooter.
It was cool and fun the first 2 times doing it but really annoying and repetitive to do over and over for each thing you want to hack and be able to save money. It isn't hard to do and takes way too long IMO. Could of done without it...

Yes, you can buy things from vending machines and stuff.
well in all actuality you wont have extra money sitting there in the real game considering you will be able to buy things and it would be pointless to waste it on a hack..so get used to it
Rather repetitive and boring to me
OK I am really drunk right now but I couldn't hack anything playing that mini game I don't get it at all! Would someone explain to me what is going on each pipe only has one other option it seems and it never leads me to the end just to failure
I enjoyed it. It wasn't hard, but it did keep you on your toes. Too bad there's no poll rating between awesome and OK.
Although it may not even be revelant to what is really happening, I think it's fun and well-implemented
i thought the hacking game was one of the most stupid pointless and boring things in any game ive ever played
they could of done it in so many diffrerent ways and better.
i think its good i like it simple but difficult
not realy difficult just rubbish and pointless
