like the arabs and indians, the germans have a larger window to rush ppl than others players.

In fact, I prefer for the other players to get ahead of me in tech when I'm playing with the Germans or Arabs, because they probably think they are winning big and will skimp on defenses.
True, and one of my weaknesses has been being behind in tech. I'm not use to it and I don't like it, but I guess it doesn't matter if I'm just going to kill my opponents. I cant have 7 elite armies by 0 every time I play as them or most times, city of gold, a good map, plus no-one bothering me=easy win for anyone.

Just as a revcast bumper; Why wait to make a huge pile of elite warriors?
->Get those 3 1337 WA's to your oponent, tech IW and pop medieval.
3g/turn in a city with 3 forests in order to make a legion... just get a clusterf*ck and pump out armies like you're american!

If your 1st batch of elites haven't succeeded in killing the enemies, your waves of vets or vanilla (NOT RECOMMENDED) will surely be able to put a serious dent in the defending lines.

Just me thinking out loud (or typing it down...)

We've proven civrev's all about pressing your oponent, making more units, pressing, expanding, pressing, making even more units, pressing and killing.
->Germans can easily dominate other "power civs" if only you can get to IW fast and are able to secure some forested lands
