Is the plane crash segment in the very beginning going to be longer in the full game? I hope that was one of the things that got cut out because that part seemed a little short to me. You are on the plane and then next thing you know it crashes and your in the water, but you don't see any of it. Has anyone heard anything on whether or not the beginning is more elaborate in the full game or not?
I was wondering the same thing, but it's possible that you have flashbacks of the plane crash during the game. But yeah I hope it's a lot longer.
We'll find out! The final game might even have more doors open in general in comparison to the demo.
They might decribe what happens at the end of the game, because you going by the main Characters perspective in the begining Video so he could of got knocked out and woke up when he reached the water.
would be wierd to just stop half way and not show u anything. hope its just for the demo
I wish they would cut off the plane crash for the full game, the demo should start with you already inside below in rupture.

I doubt the plane crash is longer, in fact I think I saw a review of the game with footage from the full game that showed the part of the intro. I didn't see anything new. I think flashbacks is most likely the case, or just maybe, the whole intro IS a flashback! dun dun dun...
Hoping for a flashback
Well, typically plane crashes are shoot affairs.
Personally, I like it the way it is.
It's a hell of a way to show the logo, with the plane going down and people screaming. It's actually beautiful.
If they dont extend it or go with the flashback style ill be very sad indeed.

The whole demo seemed a bit rushed through with story, so the actual game is probably much more extensive with it.
you know the sheer fact that we haven't heard from the Dev's,
about if the demo is different from the full game leads me to think that the demo is infact very much the same as the beginning of the full game.
but then again I can be wrong :P

Actually, Ken has spoken on this.
I guess on the one hand a plane crash is quite hard to visualize in a game. On the other hand I believe that the detailed incidents of a plane crash might be connected to your story and your destiny.
So if we ever see it, I guess it will be a flashback later like others said.

Even Ken Levine himself saids that the demo is not the same as the final game
It would be cool it they did have an extended version.
