Forums... Seriouly, what took so long

I'm sorry, but I've been waiting for these forums to be activated for months. That is a ridiculous amount of time. Especially when you consider how close this game is to release. I realize that the devs have been busy, but this is just an addition to what I assume was a pre-existing 2k board.

I followed and frequented the oblivion forums for years before release, and it's a shame I was not able to do the same here. Of course, I've lurked and read ttlg forums, but it's not the same as an official forum, they're a little hardcore over there.

I think it was more of a 2K thing. Not so much the folks behind Bioshock. I wouldn't go and point any fingers just yet.

Yup, forums took very long, but I am happy that they made the community website with regular updates. It surprised me!

I actually like the ttlg forums better than these forums because on ttlg the average person is a lot more informed about BioShock so there are fewer questions like, "So, you know, what exactly is this whole BioShock thing about??????? Is it as good as Oblivion or Gears of War, cuz those games like teh best evar!!!!11" Not that anyone here is anywhere near that bad. It's just there are more obssessive people like me who have read and analysed every piece of BioShock news on ttlg.

i think many people in here read/saw/heard almost everything concerning BioShock... like me for example^^ but: there are things you can forget easily, and then it's time to ask... so wherefore exists this forum?
