CIV BTS update???? what it the current one?

When I see if there is an update available, (I currently have 3.01) I am told that there a patch available, and then it just tells me that it is in progress and I cannot do anything else.

download it from internet the in game update procedure dosnt work very well

google civ beyond the sword patch 3.17 then extract the download if its a rar file and run the .exe
