Chinese starting with 3 production = GG

Zulu can't even come close to this...I play Chinese probably 90% of the time, and whenever I get 3 production spots in my starting city I pretty much jump for joy and know the game is over.

Go full production and rush a warrior army and a spy and head to your nearest opponent and they have no chance...I took out two players in a FFA MP game in about the first 20 minutes and then the last guy quit...Mao FTW.

3 production is nice, but by the time you'd get to my capital, i'd be coming back at you with a horseman army. Warrior rushes don't work often enough to be successful unless you're the Arabs or Zulu.

Even if you went full research to start and didnt even make one warrior, you still wouldnt have horse riding and a horseman army made by the time I have all that made and at your doorstep.

By the time you have the warrior army and a spy next to me (10 turns, then time to find me), I have got a horsemen army.

With americans today I got 3 veteran horsemen armies in 12 TURNS.

the problem with a warrior rush, even if you've got your army in 5 turns, is that they only have one movement, so they take a while to find a capital. the other problem is, they have 3 attack, 4.5 as vet, and six w/ infiltration, that's not too good, because even fortified warrior in a capital gets 2.5 defense.

it just won't work often enough. The Aztecs can have the warrior army just as fast as the Chinese, plus they heal. unless you're right next to a capital, which would be lucky, and lucky if you choose the right direction to explore, horsemen should be making it to capitals a lot faster with much more of a threatening attack power than a chinese warrior army.

I too like it when I start with China and have 3 forest, but mainly because you can pump out horsemen quicker. but chinese don't need 3 forest to be successful, they can be powerful no matter where they are, even if u start on an island, you should be able to win by expanding and teching way faster than most.

warrior rushes are better with the Aztecs, Germans, Arabs and Zulus, so at best, the Chinese are the 5th best warrior rushing civ, and that's not something to be equating to a win.

Every time you say stop lying you sound pretty ignorant.

I started with a great scientist, and a lot of huts in the map:

I explored the first turns, getting 25 gold, then, I was working on production and I rushed two warriors by 3900 BC and 3800 BC if I'm not wrong.

In few tiles, I got other two huts, getting +50 gold or maybe 55 with a caravan. That was like 3600 BC, however, I got the new city like in 1-2 turns and rushed new horsemen. Now, that's really easy:

It was like 3300-3200 BC with a horsemen army already rushed, and with a huge map. In 4 turns you can rush 8 horsemen. I got gold and started rushing new horsemen, while my warriors were still exploring, like other horsemen, that wasn't hard.

I took chinese, then arabs, then the last were aztecs
