The closest thing I've been able to find is in the recent Spong interview:
http://spong.com/detail/editorial.js...=&plid=&page=4
SPOnG: What happened to the PS3 version?
Ken Levine: If I talk about anything outside of the Xbox 360 version, my corporate overlords will spank me. We love the 360, we love working on it and we’re not talking about any other versions right now.
SPOnG: Was it the case that Microsoft splashed the cash then?
Ken Levine: My friend, I can say nothing more – except that we’ve had great support from Microsoft.
Now, it seems to me that if Microsoft and 2K/Irrational had inked an exclusivity deal, they wouldn't want official spokespersons being vague about iit. They would have included a line in the contract, "Upon being asked by any member of the media as to which video game consoles BioShock will appear on, you will say in a clear and distinct voice, 'BIOSHOCK WILL ONLY BE RELEASED FOR THE XBOX 360 AND THE PC! YOU WON'T FIND IT FOR ANY OTHER CONSOLE, FOLKS!' You will say this twice and you will confirm that they understood you." Because Levine's response certainly gives the impression of "We're making a PS3 version, we just can't talk about it right now because we have a limited exclusivity deal."
Again, I'm looking for official confirmation from 2K/Irrational, not some blurb on a gaming website that could have been written by anyone. Thanks.

What a big surprise.
