Downloadable Content

I've heard no mention of this before and I got to wondering today, for one; Will there be Downloadable content sometime after the release of bioshock? It would be nice, and could stretch the re-play value beyond what I think it already is. and 2; If there is DC, what do you think would be the most nifty thing to get? new area's, missions, weapons, plasmids, player-types ?
