I can't remember specific quotes but Andrew Ryan amazes me with his look on life, as I progressed through the game I realised I agreed with him on pretty much everything he said, he makes a lot of sense that man.
Ryan talking about when he burned down his forest because congress moved to nationalize it. I would do the same.

A shame Ryan never actually says it in the game. Instead we get some woman telling us to remember that Ryan said it.
Playing the medical level again I heard another one. The line is less important than the perfect delivery.
"Nurse, take this one to the morgue."
The way he says it is just classic.
"remeber now, a smart slicer, is a happy slicer"
One of the Little Sister's phrases when you fight a big daddy:

At first I naturally thought of unzipping files, but I came to realise the actualy meaning later xD
I love finding peachs dialouge at the end of the Smuggling Caverns, after all these explosions, and learning more about Peachy in the caverns, you just find the one thing that shows when he became insane.
Lots of the game's dialogue is great, but favourites will have to be :

A man chooses, a slave obeys - Andrew Ryan
The 'too tall / too symmetrical' speech and a lot of the Steinman stuff.

I like Cobb hollering about how Cohen and Ryan have been "pullin' on each other's milk sticks."

Heard a new one today, from the snooty lady who complains about tenderloin and her daughter's wedding: "I'll send the boy out to thrash you!"

I have posted these one in other threads, but they always makes me laugh.
Both uttered by Splicers:
"I don't want to hurt you, I just want to see what's on the inside!"
This is my favorite. After going into on of the "air locks" between levels a splicer shot me in the back, so I hid behind the wall next to the door and peeked out randomly and shot back. The splicer never followed me in. After 2 minutes of this or so, the splicer stops shooting, gets real quite for about 10-15 seconds and screams at me:
"Blaaarghh! Come out you f*uck and fight me properly!!"
Took me five minutes to recover from that one.
the one i liked the most was said by fontaine after dr. tennenbaum (was that how its spelled?) removes the mind control plasmid on you:
"now, would you kindly go and get stepped on by a big daddy"
that was a good one XD too bad it didnt work :P

It's especially cool when he says that after you die.
The delivery and voice pitch of that line is perfect.
i think its funny when the little sisters say "the blood of angels,i like adam we must get adam" or somthing like that.Ha ha ha its just so weird but funny.
