I'll just throw this out there in case you are interested. FreeForums.Org offers free forums also and uses the latest versions of Phpbb. Currently the latest build is 3.0.3 and FreeForums uses 3.0.2 but they upgrade all the time. Forumer still uses Phpbb 2. Phpbb version 3 has quite a few nice additions missing from version 2 that you may like.

EDIT: Also, as I said, you have to go to profile, then the Index, to see the orange and black screen. How can we fix this?

Also, can you clarify why we can't moderate the "Other Dise Topic Forums", is it to keep power, or would it be too problematic?
You may not edit other Dise topics because the Don't See Something that you Want? thread is directed toward me and I do not want anyone editing posts in the Q&A thread that might cut information out of a question or something. I want it to be used for future reference.
