Hey Everyone! I'm new here and I just have 2 quick questions (No Spoilers Please!)

In regards to Little Sisters and Big Daddys:

I killed a Big Daddy in the Medical Pavilion, but the Little Sister has disappeared. Where has she gone? Is she hiding somewhere? If so, is there some way to draw her out?

In Regards to Plasmids:
Which Gatherer's Gardens give you the option to buy more Plasmid slots, and how much Adam do I need to do so?

When you kill a Big Daddy, the Little Sister automatically runs to him crying. If she's no where in sight, then he might've put her back in the vent right before you killed him. Go to your in-game menu and look at the bottom. It'll tell you how many Little Sisters you need to encounter. If it says you still need one, then you need to wait for another Big Daddy to spawn. Follow him until he goes to a vent and gets another Little Sister.
As for the Gatherer's Garden, not sure which ones have the plasmid slots.

In order to buy new plasmid slots, you need to go to a working Gatherer's Garden. Unfortunately, there aren't any in Medical Pavilion (how convenient ). However, there is one or two in the next level, Neptune's Bounty, and pretty close to the beginning to boot. One plasmid slot is 100 ADAM, so you may have to get some more depending on how you take care of the Sisters.

In some cases if you kill the Big Daddy and walk away and come back, a little sister spawns next to him. This bug occurs more often in Fort Frolic in Poseidon Plaza.

OH! thats what kept happening to me in Poiseidon Plaza, i was wondering why the Little Sisters kept disappearing

also, if i find the Diary right after i have to follow the person trying to overload the power right outside Ryan's office what % done am i?

i dont want the game to end!
