Im making this thread because im sick and tired of playing a 9/10 8/10 game, THERES NEVER A PERFECT GAME OUT THERE THEY ARE ALWAYS MISSING SOMETHING IMPORTANT. SO IF 2K WANTS TO MAKE THE BEST GAME EVER!!! THEY SHOULD READ THIS
Firstly there should be a wide variety of weapons, Handguns, Snipers (BETTER BE INCLUDED), Shotguns (And a Sawn Off One), Knifes, Clevers, Grenades, Molotovs, Assault Rifles, Bats, Brass Knuckles, Garrots, Poles, Crowbars, Bottles & Ashtrays (Able to be smashed over peoples heads), WEAPONS IS THE BIGGEST FACTOR IN A GAME AND WHAT MAKES IT GREAT, GTA IV WASNT A 10 FOR ME!!!!!! BECAUSE IT HAD SO FEW WEAPONS, 2 Handguns are not enough Should have like 10 different types, 5 Different types of snipers, shotguns and Assualt rifles
Should have cover system, And able to blind fire like GTA IV,
MUST HAVE FREERIDE!!! a open city when your not doing missions, and LOTS OF BUILDINGS WHERE YOU CAN GO INSIDE AND HAVE SHOOT OUT WITH POLICE, GTA IV DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH BUILDINGS THAT U COULD GO INSIDE, Able to walk across ROOFTOPS, lots of areas for Sniping, Able to jump across rooftops to escape police
DUAL GUNS, hold every gun in both hands, two handguns, two shot guns, two machine guns, two grenades, two molotives, two swords, two clevers, THIS IS A HUGE THING TO MAKE THE GAME GREAT, after conflicting ones also A HANDGUN WITH A SHOTGUN, A SHOTGUN WITH A CLEVER
Hostage taking, Like in Hitman Bloodmoney and Gears Of War 2, example, police are chasing you you get to the Chief of police and put a gun to his head and walk out with him and you tell him to drive, Look below about my idea about you not needing to drive yourself... press taunt button and it will say "Move and ill shoot his face off" able to hostage take with a Knife, Clever, Taunt "Move and ill cut his throat", Hostage take with a GRENADE, "Move and ill blow us all up" for the taunt, should also be another button that fakes as if you are gonna kill the guy, Like you press "Fake" and you **** the gun, or move the knife as if you are gonna cut the guy, or for Grenade hostage taking, You bang it against the wall and taunt "You think i wont do it"
What i really like in games is how you can half kill people you guys kind of did this in the first mafia, where you'd shoot the leg of the guy and he cry and be unable to shootback, and they'd lie half alive on the floor, should be more of this, GTA IV did a horrible verison of it, The guy would lie there for like 5 seconds then get up again, HE SHOULD NOT GET UP BUT STAY THER FOR A GOOD FEW MINS B4 HE DIES, AND IN THAT TIME U CAN WALK UP SLOWLY TO HIM PRESS TAUNT BUTTON, AND EXECUTION HIM, Should be execution button where guy does something special
Online Play, but better then GTA IV, Able to shoot out doors with Tommy GUn, aim a sniper in a moving vehicle, throw a grenade at stuff, Play with teammates in a family Have a compound, a Living City where familys roams around and you can choose a family to be in, They hang out in there "Business'" Should be a Don in Online play, You start as a foot soildier, You can Betray, join other teams family etc, Online play should be able taking over territories so make a big map for us - I have alot more ideas about this and ill will continue with another message later
Your player should have a taunt button, Like your escaping a bank robbery you end up in a building you hide in a room and you lock the door, your surrounded by cops in every direction, you press a button and your character yells something like, "YOUR GONNA HAVE TO COME IN AND GET ME!!!", "WHOEVER COMES THROUGHT THAT DOOR IM GONNA MASSACRE", etc, and you do this through a locked door with them on other side
Able to make silencers out of anything: Cloth, Glass Jar, Potato, Able to conceal your weapons while walking (Example, you bring out your Tommy Gun, wrap it around your jacket, sit down at a table then when right time comes you unload)
Should be able to punch and kick like a gangster (when they are on the floor kicking them across the head like Godfather in Sonny's Death scene, Stomp on them), Grab people by the head and smash them into, Tables, Registers, Tvs, Cars, Car Windows, Doors you get my point...
Throw people, through doors, windows
Able to shoot through almost anything, like a guy is hiding behind a bar counter, you use your Tommy gun SHOOT THROUGHT THE BAR COUNTER WALL AND IT WILL HIT HIM, Shoot through walls will hit people on the other side of it
Special Executions
Should be a wide variety of fast cars, WHAT I HAVENT SEEN IN A GAME BEFORE IS A GOOD CRASH DAMAGE THING, like Your car should be soo real that if you crash it it should cause compact damage, GTA IV had a good idea about this but it wasnt that well done, All the windows in your car should be able to be broke, The Bourne Identity/ Supremacy Car Chase scenes is what i think good crash damage in a game should look like
Able to shoot out your car with anything
THIS IDEA HAS NEVER BEEN DONE B4 IN A GAME, Able to hire a driver, and you be the shooter, have action buttons like "Slow up", "Punch It", "Get me the f*** outa here" and have different types of drivers a ok one, and THE BEST DRIVER EVER, and have a system... this is what im trying to explain, Like you open up your map, and you draw your route that you want the driver to take and YOU DONT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING, he will drive that route, and you can be the Shooter, you should be able to Switch from being the driver to the shooter like a button telling your driver to take the wheel, For example imagine you just finished a bankrobbery and trying to get out will a bunch of cops on your tail, IT WOULD BE SO MUCH FUN IF YOU COULD tell one of your crew to drive for you, while you go to the back seat and UNLOAD TOMMY GUNS AT THE COPS, OR UNLOAD THROUGH THE SIDE WINDOW OF THE CAR, OR UNLOAD ON THE FRONT WINDOW OF THE CAR, OR UNLOAD OUT OF THE WINDOW OF THE CAR, like you get out your exposed, your sitting on the window of the car and your shooting across, Like having one verison where your inside the car and can be able to shoot out, and one where you are half in out of the car and shooting, GTA IV had something like this but you couldnt shoot out of the car, You couldnt go half in out of the car shooting, ALSO SNIPING IN THE CAR, HALF IN OUT SNIPING OUT OF THE CAR, THROWING GRENADES MOLOTOVS ECT
You know how punks sometimes get half in out of their cars with a bat and smash mailboxes??? Should be able to do this with your melee weapons like tell your driver to "Drive close to the enemy" then YOU, hack at them with a bat, crowbar, SWORD, KNIFE, Clever, Like, it should take like 5-8 hits with a clever to the glass of the window before it breaks, like in real life and once your threw with the window you can hack at your enemy
Able to jump from car to car, You half in out of a car, Then you jump on top of the enemy's car and able to hang on while they are swinging left and right to shake you off, If your in the car, and enemy's jump on top of your car, you should be able to shoot at the roof of the car and kill them
Killing people will knifes, my fav scene in Godfather 2 was where Vito takes revenge on Don Ciccio with a knife, that is how you should be able to kill people in the game,
Half lots of different types of clothing, a long jacket that when you walk on the street cant see whats inside, and if anyones ever played Hitman Contracts, where you reveal your weapon for the first time should be like a spectacular move by your guy... If you know what i mean... its in all gangster films, first a gangster walks up to a bunch of guys in a long coat, they he takes out this gun, Dont be like GTA IV where its like instant take out of a gun
Small Things to keep in mind when you get out of a car everyone should get out at the same time, LIke in gangster films
