The red end of turn light not turning red

As the subject says, the units still cycled through but there was no indication that they were all done.

The save reaload I suggested below works but hought I would post here to point out a possible bug.

I had a weird buggy happening like this, but it was while I was playing the mod Discovery II.... I just figured it was a bug from the mod. Actually it was even worse, somehow the order of my units cycled got messed up, and I kept having to manually move them cause although they still had auto-orders, none of them would move for some strange reason.... and of course the green light stayed green, even after I had manually moved every unit i owned.
