There is no store to get it from. It is a highly rare item for collectors. I think only a few hundred were produced when BioShock was released. Try eBay, but it will probably cost around 100$, but I'm not sure.
They were given as gifts for the Bioshock release no longer available
Like someone else said. EBay. I searched just now and couldn't find any.
You might want to try posting a "Want it Now" ad. If those ever work. Not sure.
Very rarely do these pens come up for sale on Ebay. Anything apart from posters, faceplates and artbooks are extremely rare there. There hasn't been a pen up for auction on it's own for at least 6 months.

There's alot of non-bioshock syringe pens out there thothey look the same.. apart from the Bioshock logo on the side.
But you have to ask yourself, do you want second best??
