    PS3 and X360

I heard it was easier to do a game on PS3 since it use Blu-ray and X360 don't.
So my question is, it is true, and does the PS3 game will be graphically better ?

I am pretty sure that 2K Marin have stated that the graphics will be exactly the same on the PS3 as the were on the 360/PC. Because that wouldn't be fair, wouldn't it?

I'm not too sure on the other question though.

    Sure it would be fair,
I think enhancing graphics and phisics would be pretty cool.

A man creates, a parasite asks where is my share?
I fully expect the graphics on PS3 to be slightly better. The install should prevent a lot of the texture pop-in that is seen in the 360 version and just the fact that it comes out later than the 360 version should ensure minor improvements. The only potential problem for the PS3 version is that i have noticed that games running on the Unreal Engine tend to run smoother on 360 but hopefully 2k Marin can overcome this longtime problem. Given that this will probably go down in the history books as the definitive version of Bioshock, I would hope that 2k Marin will try to polish the graphics as much as they can.

As for the second part of the question, there is no clear answer. Blu Ray offers a higher amount of storage but is more expensive and unfamillar than DVD. Also, the read speed on BluRay is much slower than on DVD, which is why a lot of PS3 games are starting to require mandatory installs.

yes, I also heard that the Unreal Engine 3 runs alot smoother for the xbox 360, I don't understand why, considering the fact that the ps3 is alot more powerful than the xbox with the cell broadband engine. Having 8 cores total each running at 3.2GHz EACH 6 for the games, one for security, and one isn't used.... so basically only has 7 cores, while the xbox 360 has 3 cores running at 3.2GHz, leaving the ps3 more than two times more powerful.....

I also heard that the Blue-ray ROM can hold up to 50GB in one disc, while the 360 uses DVD-ROM discs which can hold about 15GB, BIG difference,

soooooo what Im trying to get at is that ps3 is overall stronger, and the game should be demonstrated well on the ps3. (enhanced graphics, enhanced effects)

I was wondering, ever since the firmware update 2.42, no game yet has been announced to have personalized music on the ps3, I was wondering if we were able to play our own music while playing bioshock.
