Shua: I've also found it ... when I saw her on the renders, she looked familiar ... and after a short while, I remembered the bar scene. Her earrings are truly remarkable :-).
The whole thing with releasing pictures reminds me some kind of game a bit - even when we are not getting tons of picture materials, they are usually mutually connected ... :-)

So they cut Vito's love interest as well, wow. That's a whole plot thread just gone. Playing the game it's like she never existed.

I always thought it was the blonde girl from the initial Developer demo. Apparently it was replaced by the red head Joe's gf in the Full game.
Maybe the developer wants Vito to become gay. That's quite obvious in the regenade pack suit they made for him. :P
I'm sure at one point she was going to be something more, they probably just repurposed her model to use in the clothing stores. Recycled NPC's don't normally get full names.

I think Tony Rossi the detective probably played a bigger role originally as well. He only appears very briefly and is featured in some pre release screens like Joan.

Becouse some mission was cut, they must cut some persons, music etc.
