does culture for flipping go by city amount or gross?


Teams MP, can you move your units into your friends city?

Culture work as points to get a great Person (gross amount from all cities), and individual amount when about to get culture flipped (So if 1 city has 100 culture but another has 0 per turn, an enemy city that has a high enough culture can pop the city with 0 per turn, but not the 100) [I THINK].

Press R2/RT on the joystick to see how many culture points you need until attaining a Great Person.
