    Acess to the meshes?

Hello, this may have already been answered, But i was wondering if there was any way i could acess the 3d models from bioshock and import them to the unreal editor. Im asking this because out of every game ive ever played, this game has the most atmosphere and i am a huge fan of the art deco style. I am an aspiring level designer so it would be greatly appreciated!
    thanks!

glad to see someone taking interest. Thanks for the kind words. As you can see though, there isnt much that looks like it could be in a bioshock related level. Thats why i think it would be awesome if there was some way to access some of the models in bioshock. I'm an aspiring level desinger and really think itd be cool if 2k reached out to the mod community. I think itd be awesome to disect some bioshock maps kismet. I bet its crazy!
Ill keep you updated on the map that im working on.

Wow! That is great work! I admire you. I like the Gears of Wars one. But they're all great.

thanks for the compliments. Its actually not too hard to do once you get familiar with the editor. It takes time, but with enough practice and a lot of time on your hands, you could learn it.

those are the most recent pictures of a map that i just finished. Its called DM-Mine Field.
Its pretty interesting. I made it so that during the duration of the game, random explosions and fire effects happen so it really feels like a mine field. The last picture is how i made all the explosions go off and other little things happen.
thanks again for all the positive feedback. Hopefully one of the 2k workers will see this thread and answer my question though!!

Hey newpcgamer, nice work indeed. I had a random question regarding UnrealEd - are any of those engine enhancements mentioned at GDC finally implemented in the editor? Like the water effects and the destructable environments, and of course the meat cube . If not, does the community have any idea when to expect those things to be available for mappers to use?

no they arent available yet because unreal tournament and gears pc used a earlier version of that editor. I think that once gears of war2 pc comes out (if it does) it will have the engine enhancements.
