2K, please implement Windows live achievements.

Games for Windows Live is now free for PC users. Also, it should be more affordable and easier for software houses to implement it in their games (Microsoft words). Bioshock was a top selling multi awarded game, so why abandoning it now? Wouldn't be possible to implement windows live achievements in a subsequent patch? This would be great to expand the interest in this game even further. There is no need to re-invent anything new. Just give us what XboX users have now
Xbox has Live achievements, PS3 has trophies... Why not something for the PC version? Playing Bioshock while achieving gamerpoints would be fantastic!

I'd like to listen something from 2K or the community about this possibility. According to me, it's a great way to revamp the interest in this game. There are many achievements ***** out there, so this move may give a sales boost too, potentially.

Sorry, but I think they are done with BioShock PC/360. They are moving along with BioShock PS3 and BioShock 2. I don't think they will step back and throw another feature into the first version.

Never say never. After all, Bioshock 2 is not so imminent
And adding Live achievements to Bioshock would be a great longevity addition to the game, I think.
I would restart it from scratch

Surely we can do this ourself, but if we all like the idea, probably 2K will be more motivated to do that.

He is right. People will eventually get it but not soon. 2k is focused on BS2 & 3 + Movie and BS for the PS3 right now. It will come but not for some while.

I very strongly support you and wish you luck. But as I have seen before I doubt if 2k will support anything that costs more than five cents when it comes to anything doing with a pc. Good luck. Hope they prove me a liar..
