Ok so the game freezes sometimes..

But what really sets me off is when I get credited with a loss in ranked play.. Freezing and quiting a match should have two very different outcomes. Why give me a loss for the game not being able to handle the load?

Yeah I agree with you. However the problem with that in my opinion is if you're not going to credit disconnects as a loss, then likewise a game where your opponent disconnects causing you to win should not count either.

More ideal though would be to get rid of the freezing entirely. Until they can manage (or at least try) to do that you'll just have to put up with the disconnect unfairness.
