Americans became Russians in GOTW?

I was playing the game of the week the other night, and midway through the game Catherine pops up demanding a Great Person if I want piece. Problem was this week, I'm Catherine (Russians) and I scratch my head. Sure enough on the Diplomacy Panel Honet Abe is gone and replaced by Cathering. The territory colors for the new Catherine were all white while mine stayed Green. Anybody else experience this and end up at war with themselves???

Those sneaky Russians! We knew they were after our goods the whole time. Nope, I've not come acorss this, on the DS version anyway.

Yup, I had that happen. I'm guessing if you looked at your own capital you'd noticed that it said Delhi :P

It was quite funny. However, it did change how the game progressed, the 'Russians' explored far less and there were more barbarian huts.
