Imagine if you could build rapture from scratch just like Ryan (in the interface of sim city) then afterwards you could play the game 1st hand form any point in time.
So like before it went down the pan and after.
Good idea?

I make first person shooters all the time (for my own amusement), I can help, but I have no idea how to make a Sim City like interface (I like that game though).

I highly doubt that 2k will make this game officially. I mean, they probably want a set enviroment, and people not messin' it up; my friend has the PC version (I only have the 360 ver) and there is no mod tools for it... Who knows, there may or may not be eventually, all I know I am going to pre-order the PS3 Limited Edition (if they have one) of BioShock.
