go to accessories...
first go to your settings menu...
then scroll down to accessory settings..
scroll down to Audio Device Settings...
For Input Device, Choose "C-Media USB Audio device"
For Output Device, Choose System Default device
that fixed it for me...
For ANY other game i have.. mic doesn't have to be adjusted at all.. just this lovely game.

something like that, it will find teh device just confirm it

Around 1600 he had like 13 cities, I had 6 and the other team each had 4. Mongolia attacked me taking 2 cities, after his team mate used a great person to take one of my cities. I felt like a an unloved child be whipped for talking back. Regardless of my lack of skill, great game and I thank all three of them for playing.

Updated till here. Yeah all I can say is to add these people to your friendslist in-game and invite them to games. That is the best way to go.
