Other Possible Changes?

There seems to have been a good number of small and notable changes to the game - Elizabeth's face, The Prophet/Founders, etc. I realized we haven't seen the Songbird since I.G. started releasing new bits of footage/images and information, and I was wondering how much the Songbird (or others)/the game as a whole might have changed. This is almost just a speculation thread - which is kind of horrible, I know - but I was curious if there were any other changes that I've missed or any ideas of what else might have changed?

Well, The songbird probably didnt change or otherwise the guys who bought the ultimate songbird edition would be pretty screwed over..

That's true, I admittedly wasn't thinking about that. Checking two images from the one of the more recent videos, and the demo before I.G. went temporarily silent, there doesn't appear to be anything whatsoever, either (Here and Here). It seems his appearance has been pretty set since then.
