Never ending game

If anyone remembers the old civilization games, (i.e Civilizations III) once you win with say a cultural victory it gives you the option to keep playing as much as you'd like. is it possible to work this into a patch? because you spend 2 hours making cities with huge armies garrisoned in them to stop yourself being attacked, win your cultural victory and then you have to start all over.

Also can we bring back the Terrain picker, where you can actually choose your rivals, and the world shape?

No, there is a turn limit and you cannot remove it.
