Other than the one official poster out there, I'm not sure if any others exist.
People have made custom prints, and you should find tons of worthwhile images in this thread:

It's a huge thread, but it's worth looking through. Some of the images are extremely large and should print out well. We also take requests if there's a specific scene you'd like.

Yeah, one might exist, but I've never seen it. Printing is your best option right now.
Then again, with a movie and a game trilogy planned, it's pretty near guaranteed that more merchandise should be produced in the future.
I was looking for an actual poster myself as well. Actually I think it would be great to have a poster of one of the posters found in capture. One of those commercial posters. I am guessing however from the responses inhere there are none officially?
Does anybody know where to find some high-res scans that might be used to print? I've found a lot of screenshots and things, but not from the posters posted in Rapture itself. If anybody could help that would be great and much appreciated!
