    Full game from PSN PLZ

Anyone else feel like this is the kind of game they want installed on the HDD? I've played the demo way more times than I should've and I don't want to go back to having to pop in a disc each time.

If it is possible, I would love to be able to play this game without the disc. I like having it always available to me. Seriously. I knock the wife out with a Blu-ray or some TV and then jump right into some Civ: Rev with a couple of remote presses.

  2. Personally I prefer not to have any non-disc games, but thats because then there's a 'five downloads' limit to the game, and I've already had to download an add-on three times, I'll be screwed if I have to download it another three times.

Though the add-on didn't cost much, I'd hate to have to buy a £30 game again from the PSN. But that's just me.

I thinkt he problem with it is simply that it's too big to be made PSN only.

Yea I know. I don't necessarily need to even download it from PSN. I just wish I had the option play without the disc. My downloadable games get so much more time played because it's easy access.

I don't even buy songs from iTunes, because I don't like the idea of not being able to put a song/game on any computer I want to...I only buy games and music with discs.

    Thumbs up

Not a bad idea at all..

If they do this, hopefully they will add it to the XBL Market Place.

But, I may max out my Hard Drive, also.

But, my console does run cooler when playing demos loaded in the Hard Drive.
(Not spinning a disc for hours)

Kind of off topic. But, umm.
You can burn iTunes songs to a CD.
    What's more...Tech Piracy ftw.

You play downloadable games more than purchased games...
Because...You are too lazy to simply put in a disc?
    That is so win.

I'm OCD. It is just a lot easier to organize and access games on my HDD because of the XMB then having to make space for them and then manually put them in the system one at a time.

I don't mind it with games like MSG because the SP campaign is something I plan a block of time for. But with MP games, it is just different. I like luxury and convenience.

The 5 download limit is actually 5 downloads to 5 different PS3 systems. You can download a paid for item from PSN onto the same PS3 system an unlimited amount of times.

Are you really OCD or are you just using that as an excuse?
OCD is a very serious disorder. I doubt a whole lot of people with it ever use a computer since that might require restarting the PC or Mac over and over again until it gets turned on just right. Or maybe obsessing over how clean/dirty the keyboard is and constantly wiping it clean to make sure their fingers don't get dirty. Or having to tilt the monitor every minute or two to get the angle just right for how they want to sit which, in turn, is exercised over and over again to be perfectly comfortable. Alot of people say "Oh, I'm SO OCD about that." Which is trivial because of the use of the word "so". But, that's another off-topic post for which I don't have the time nor patience to explain.

    @Jayeffar
Totally uncalled for. But funny, nonetheless.

    On-Topic Section:
I don't think making a game with a "branded" developer or publisher available for download is a good idea. It seems fine for smaller games that the developers for don't have enough money to have it shipped and packaged and whatnot. But otherwise most of the money goes to the publisher and developer. Cutting out money for store sales. Actually. Developers and Publishers probably get more money if they send it out to video game chains. I don't know how the industry works, but I'm sure there's some truth to what I just said. laugh out loud.

Also. Buying a game with a case and a little booklet. And waiting to get home to put it in your (insert video game console of choice) is a sick sort of satisfaction for me and, most likely, alot of other gamers out there. Buying a top notch game from PSN or the XBL Marketplace takes that away.

Another thing. If the game was downloadable, I'm sure it would take a significant amount of HDD space. Possibly leaving little or no space leftover for the company to milk the cow buy making expansions and goodies available on the console's marketplace feature.

    GO! TYPE! WIN!
