I will finally be able to get the CivRev demo in England (with out fidling about wiv American accounts ) on Thursday, i can't wait!!!
It will giv me a day practice in which to get gd enough and adapt to the game b4 trying to beat some of you on Friday
How long roughly do the controls take to get used 2??
When you finish your demo you will be used to the controls. It's actually much easier with the controller than with mouse keyboard. I hope all future Civ games will come to the console as well.
The controls are good except you cant deselect a unit and choose another one with X (PS3) which is bad :/
it is possible in some way you just push right or left on the arrow buttom
Actually icejon that's the intensely complicated way to do it. It's complicated because you don't know which unit you'll be focusing on.
HOWEVER, you can select ANOTHER unit by moving the RIGHT Analogue stick. This will deselect all units, and allow you to take the pointer onto a new unit. From there, just press X when your hovering over them (pressing up/down to switch between the different units on the same square). You will now have selected a new unit.
