According to the Gamespot article, if you're using an Xbox 360, it'll be released at 2am local time on Thursday morning. If you're using a PlayStation 3 in North America, it should be on the PSN whenever it updates during the day.

you definitely can "win" i you're really amazing. it's a challenge, but i do believe you can do it. (i would really doubt you'd get to the end of space, but you can try!)

multiplayer right now is limited to 1v1, which means you can play online against 1 person, and there will be 3 AI playing along with you. enough to give you a taste for what MP will be like in the full game!

there is a limit on the maps -- they are not randomized. i don't remember the full details of this but again, it's enough for you guys to get a pretty good idea of the game.

Will the Civs you play against be limited? I fail to see how they could chop down the demo from 8gb to 1gb without removing a LOT of content. Whats missing?

Elizabeth said in another thread that she'll be making a PSN ID today and I'd imagine she'll be posting it somewhere on the forums. Keep your eyes open.

Also, as far as demo availability goes, I believe it will only be available in the North American PSN store on Thursday (and available globally at a later date). I'm pretty sure most people will find a way to play it anyway, though.

Surely if it is on the American PS Network then thay can just transport it to evey other PS Network.
