PC Patch help

I have two questions.

First, how do I know which patch to use? I bought the game from Amazon.com and live in the US. Worldwide usually means "not US", but the other option sure doesn't look like a US option either.

Second, I have tried to install both versions of this patch and nothing happens. Wait, it finally popped up a message after about a half hour. It wants to know if the location it found was correct. I could have easily told it where it was, because going through all of my harddrives looking for the copy of the game took forever. I guess I don't need to ask the second question, it was just searching for the directory, which I keep on a seperate drive from my OS to speed up load times.

Unless you live in Germany you want the WorldWide patch. The German one is a censored version for that country. If the patch is having difficulty finding your Bioshock folder, put it in the same folder as Bioshock.exe. In a default install this is in: "C:\Program Files\2K Games\Bioshock\Builds\Release" so adjust to where you have it installed in your system. Once the patch is in the same folder as Bioshock.exe run it from there and it should pick up the location right off the bat.

Thanks. The worldwide patch works well, and after waiting for a while the program found the folder. I was just worried that the patch program didn't check your other drives because it didn't seem to be doing anything for about 20-30 minutes or so.
