mmm i think that the developers putted in the city most "unimaginable " things like cats...the cars engine, SNOW in some part of the game!! god the developers are crazy :P

I know it's a silly coincidence, the city in the 'Superhero movie' goes by the name Empire City as well.

I would like to see a lot of interaction between the NPC's....whether it be conversation between two people, or even the occasional car accident from time to time.

With regards to the NPCs I agree with Darkish Raven, I would like to see more ineractions between NPCs, I would like to see them talking together in the streets (by walking together or sitting on a bench relaxing) and more then one NPC in a car in the roads.
I would like to see NPCs actually going to shop, to their job places, pubs, cinema, to their homes, eating in a restaurant next to tables on the streets (and be run over by a gansters chase with the police HAHAHA!! ehem).
And with regards to the Empire City itself, if it would resemble Lost Heaven I'm happy!
eeem Daniel Varvra already said that as Darkish Raven said ...it will be more interaction with NPC´s like seeing an ocational accident , NPC's also will have a routine like going to buy something food,clothes etc... also they will smoke and read newspaper, also will be persecutions to other criminals etc etc etc so dont worry about the little but spectacular details in the city.

well i would find it cool, if there was an import-company, or some guy like lucas bertone(he is da mechanic in mafia I ), where they sometimes get some "non-american" cars from europe. for example it would be cool, if there was something like the german "Volkswagen Käfer" or da german "Volkswagen Bully"(both were very popular in these days in germany-and actually they still are)
what really would be great if there would be things happening when you walk down a street like cops entering a building getting rid of criminals or just on the street. or when you walk past the fire department and sirens go of and you can follow the fire truck all the way down to the fire somewhere. or people crash into eachother and get into fights. or people missing a bus and get really pissed off. and like animals like dogs barking and cats getting stuck in threes. so you really get a feeling the city is alive and not just the same all the time. and really the weather changing and the sun coming up and going down. and full moon and half moon. and what would be really great is real time seasons. not one day sunny and the next snow. i played the first mafia and its my favorite game of all-time. but that was a long time ago and the next- generation of consoles can do so much but i haven't seen any game yet that really takes advantage of what they really can do. also i would like to see citizens having a real daily routine like going to a job or school and coming back from it when you wait outside the office and seeing them go home. also i would like to get onto buildings and not always staying stuck in the streets. what i also liked in the first mafia was the forests and the mountains you know not just all city. and maybe bikes and boats and planes. and i hope that if you don't play the story missions you still can do things like really talk to poeple and find out how to get them working for you. really messing up there minds. i want t live in empire city and not just walk and drive i want to live like getting your own house and not just one standard home but really get a choice where you wanna live and get a wife and kids if you want. like hitting on a girl in a bar you like and not a standard girl. and people in the streets need to have caracter and own stories to tell and not always the same lines like gta. real people,buildings and animals real stories and real time and not just one storyline but let the whole game and everything you do be the story. like if you don't want to do what your boss tells you, you dont, but know the consequences. but if this all doesn't get in the game i'm sure it would still be the best game ever. but i think it's time for something new cause i'm kinda getting sick of games telling me what to do i wanna be the ganster i wana make my own choices, i wanna be the don i choose to be. don't get me wrong i wan't to see the story unfold and see what's next but i want choices with a real influence on the next part of the story so i can play the game again and get a totally different ending depending on your choices and not 2 endings or 9. and not a choice that doesn't change anything. so give me a real city a real ganster life but if it doesn't happen wich im pretty sure of i'd still love it. almost forgot make the city remember what you did like people will like you or get scared of you when you kill someone or help someone. ruin peoples lifes and walk in to them in the streets later and they will confront you with what you did to them. i want real-life ganster feeling and not just another free roaming game where youre actions don't mean ****. o yeah sorry im dutch so my english is bad sorry. mafia2 ill be counting every second till the second i get you in my hands cant wait. and come one show rockstar how crappy they really are. show em a real city!
