Will the European and Aus PS3 versions work in North American PS3, any differences?

If the game isn't delayed to implement splitscreen, I might just import the game from overseas to play it for a while before Ninja Gaiden 2 and MGS4 takes up all of my free time for this entire summer.

Are there any differences between the PAL PS3 version and the North American version? Do they both support english, etc.

Will it work fine, will I be able to play online with North American players as well?

I'm sorry, I couldn't find it. I looked at the FAQ thread, and looked back several pages for this topic.

if i could find it i would.

but in short PS3 games are not region locked unless the developer chooses to, which they dont. Oh, and it ships on DVD not blu ray

Wait!? The PS3 version ships on dvd. I didn't think sony allowed that. I though every game had to be on blu ray and use completely uncompressed audio and graphics.
