not possible remember very first part, you have to chose once, i guess you could just do the opisite to the next one

Yeah, and if you harvest even 1 LS you get the bad ending, even with a even amount of each.

That's not true. If you harvest 2 or more LS's, THEN you get the bad ending.

yea thats bs. i harvested two, and saved ALL of the rest and tenenbaum, who made them the way they are, has the balls to call me the evil one.
i beat bioshock with only 160 adam used bought one plasmid slot and winters blast.
I saved two little sisters.
Wow. That can happen, but only after you save/harvest the first one you come into direct contact with. After that, you can just move up the levels without saving. I personally wouldn't do it, but it's possible.

ugh...that would suck fighting Fontaine with out a health boost or adam boost.
Why he's the bloodiest easiest boss the in game, I had more trouble finishing off Aracadia Big Daddies than him...
You must've been playing on easy then. There is NO WAY you could have possibly beaten the entire game on 160 ADAM without all your plasmids tonics upgraded on Medium or Hard. Sorry, but there's no way. It's barely possible on Easy.

you forget the research camera it gives you tonics and health and eve bonuses.
Fontain is just a matter of chemical launcher and grenade thrower and crossbow.
it's easy especialy when you respawn in the vita-chambers when ever you die.

I haven't done it but I don't see why it would be impossible. You research 'em all up for the damage bonus' and you do not use plasmids! Just run and gun all the way through - the research camera will keep you current for physical damage and your atrophied plasmids don't even need to enter the picture. And as stated you don't get a choice to leave the first one but beyond that just use guns.
Yeah, true. But what I'm saying is that you only get two slots per tonic and two plasmid slots. Yeah, you get extra tonics and all, but you can only use two at a time.

I think it's possible even on hard, I would suggest just to freeze him all the time. For the other plasmid Security Bullseye it's a cool plasmid but the only use I found for it in-game was to use it against Fontaine.
I kind of enjoyed killing the little sisters more than saving them... yes I know, I am evil.
I just started playing it on Medium and I intended to save all the LS's because I usually do, but; killing those BD's is SO hard that it just pisses me off and I end up harvesting them. So, I'll be harvesting them this time.

Your forced to pick up the Plasmid but that doesnt neccisarily mean that you have to use them. I suppose its possible but you had better have alot of time on your hands becasue things will get really, really hard without using your plasmids.
i'm finding it hard enough trying to go through it doing EVERYTHING, such as getting all the PTTP machines, the audio's, not to mention how hard it is not to kill Cohen after doing his dirty work. Yeah, first time through, i was dumb with it, and didn't accomplish a lot. Got the good ending, =] but not much else. So this time, i want it ALL. O_O
