    Bioshock "themed" Books and Movies.

I am not one to read books but I really like the 50's underwater theme. I am not asking what inspired the game or anything like that (Atlas Shrugged). Does anyone know of any movies or books anywhere close to this theme?

By the way, there is a movie called "Ghost Ship" that fits this category and is really good.

    Thanks a lot!

Yeah, I've seen that movie. It's freaky. But that doesn't really compare to Bioshock. I don't think there's any movie or book (other than Atlas Shrugged) come close to Bioshock's story.

I'm reading a book and it's not like Bioshock (which is a kind unique experience which I like) but I guess those who like Bioshock like this book. It's called 'Mindstar.

It's a sience fiction in modern UK where people have geneticly injected psy powers (a bit like Plasmids) you follow the book through Greg an ex soldier doing his 'own' thing now. I won't say more about it try it. I think it's a trillogy but a friend gave me this gonna see if there's sequals after this one.

Well, I am not looking for a story the same as Bioshock. I am looking for one with the same theme. The underwater, 1950's theme. Like 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, or Ghost Ship, or Posiden Adventure, or something of that sort. Sorry if I am not being very clear.

Yeah, I kinda got it. It's been a while since I've seen it though. I might just see it again. You know, refresh my memory. Lol.
