How can I reach that audio diary?

Can anyone tell me how can I reach that audio diary down there? it's the one in Neptune's Bounty, before I enter the large hall with the gatherer's garden machine in it.

I didn't care about it the other times I went through the games, but I really want to see which one is it.

Maybe it's not a related Audio Diary to the game? If you hover your crosshair over it does it say you could pick it up? Or something that tells you can't?

It's flashing as it is an item, so I'm sure it's pick-able. It's just too far to reach by hand, and telekinessis cannot pick it up through those bars. There's crawl space over there but I cant find a way to enter it.

Edit: Nevermind, I've found the crawl space entrance, thanks anyway
