I don't think my spam filter is working. Today I've gotten a message claiming to have a cure for a disease I don't even have and one claiming to have some magical way to get free iPhones. Pfft.

I got Minecraft to run at 1 FPS just now! It's my goddamn chicken pen, I raised a million chickens in a tiny 7x10 pen to sell to this one villager but then the damn snapshot 12w25a comes out and makes villagers change their trades after so many uses. So now I have so many chickens that my processor suffocates every time I go near the pen and no way to get rid of them. I guess I could eat them, but I'd need about twenty chests just for chicken storage and I already have a dependable supply of cookies.

Had a good weekend. Finally saw Moonrise Kingdom (great!), Abraham Lincoln, Vampire Hunter (cheese-tacular, but enjoyable), and then spent Sunday treating my buddy to outrageous R/C fun. He's a flight instructor, so I bought him a nice R/C helicopter last year. Ordered him a different one for his birthday, but it didn't arrive on time. So I dug through my toy room and brought two huge, full-function airsoft tanks from Japan, a mobile missile battery that fires 10 shots, and my own R/C heli. LOL. It was chaos! Bullets, pellets, and zooming helicopters everywhere!

We then retired to Fuddruckers to eat burgers the size of our heads. There was much burping and groaning afterward.

Okay, well now Bioshock's started freezing on me. Guess I'm off to deal with the chickens then.

EDIT: Dealt with the chickens and finished Half-Life: Opposing Force for the first time. (Easiest final boss. EVER.) A productive day, I say.

Autumn is going to be great. The new series of Walking Dead and Doctor who are going to come out as well as assassins creed. Summer on the other hand is ☺☺☺☺, there's nothing to do.

Oh to clarify on my earlier post, England had just lost to penalties again and I was really angry, nothing compared to my sister though.

While I'm on the subject of my family, we (me, my brother and sister, parents, cousin, auntie and grandparents) are going to have a big family dinner soon. to understand why this is bad I'll tell you a story, I must calrify that this is a re telling of events and the view expressed within do not represent my own.

The family was sitting round in the living room watching and old Graham Norton show which is where he interview different people, it's usually very funny. Anyway Will I am was on and my grandma said "I like this Will I am, which is strange because I don't normally like black people.

    My sisters boyfriend is black.

    My families weird.

Yet, we all get along just fine. Then there's my father's side, they are crazy.

It is 1:49 PM right now, and it is currently 107 degrees Fahrenheit outside (feels like 117 degrees with humidity, I later learned). My A/C can barely keep up.

Pyromania Day 2: A bunch of ugly hats and weapons I'll never use, goody. I was hoping for a new map in Teufort given all the stuff they were saying, but apparently that was just to give the new sets a common theme.

EDIT: Christ, already finished Blue Shift. On to Half-Life 2 then.

EDIT II: This game feels completely different from the first one. :/

The fact that I'm even posting this is a miracle. Comcast: worst ISP on the planet, and they're buying out all the good ones.

No Steam sale today, which pissed me off a little to be honest (already had some cash set aside for it), but that just means my internet issues don't really matter. Guess I'll go read War of the Worlds like I did yesterday.

Well, there's no power at our house due to a storm on Friday, it's sweltering hot there, and there's no internet. Luckily, I'm spending today at my grandma's house, so I don't have to worry about that. They're hopefully going to fix it on wednesday, but until then, I won't be posting.

Summer, worst three months of the year (and that's saying something, considering how badly school kicked my ass towards the end). I got pretty damn emotional for a while there and that clouded my judgement and foresight quite badly, but--and God knows how--that had lead to me having a very happy-go-lucky attitude towards the future. I can confidently say I'm over that now, and I'm starting to realize what a royal pain next year will probably be.

Last year was better than most, but it was quite different from my average year. The odds are, given past experience, nine out of ten that next year will suck like the rest. The classes are only going to get harder, and I now know for sure that I am absolutely incapable of handling any social situation adequately, so I'll be sure to keep my cards a little closer to my chest next time around- that was my old strategy, but I stick my neck out once and I end up whining all over the internet about my emotions and feeling like I'd just eaten a handful of burning charcoal. Never again, at least not if I can help it.

Well, ~54 days, 2 hours and 47 minutes remaining. Only time will tell what lies ahead.

I'd just like to add that I've been spending some time on the Steam community forums, and this place is so dead by comparison it's not even funny. A little sad, actually. Not that I was a pillar of the community, but I liked the atmosphere here.

I'm 15 and soon I'll be starting my sophomore year. School used to be frustrating because I got laughed at, picked on, etc. but now it's just the petty drama that makes it problematic. It could always go back to the former, though (which was actually worse, and it probably will).

The drama is really just a laugh. Keeping a low profile and avoiding the 'norm' of the students got me though it.

That's what I usually do, and it's what I plan to do next year. My only foray into the social sphere ended quite badly, and it's not something I want to do again. It probably doesn't help that I'm fundamentally a lot different than most of the people I'm around, but that's a good reason to keep to myself.

Oh you, I remember when I only spent 4 hours on it, the days before it consumed my life.

On the school front, I lay low, only talk with my friends and leave everybody else alone and yet still i am the source of such constant abuse that my self esteem has been reduced to nothing. Other than that it's a hoot!

I'm also thinking of buying a nice laptop with the money from my new job, the HP Envy 17.3" HD 3D i7 26Hz Gaming Performance laptop 6GB 1TB and blue ray..

Oh and I got so mad today I punched a wall.

Last night my computer blue-screened due to a GPU problem, which worries me.

Minecraft is possibly the most addictive game in existence. I've personally gotten bored with it, but I think it's because I've been downloading the weekly snapshots and that takes away the usual anticipation for the next update. If it weren't for snapshots, I'd probably be going nuts waiting on 1.3. After the full update is out, I think I'll stop doing snapshots.

About self-esteem: it's pretty much a load of crap that the socialites use to cover up what horrible people they are. The mentality is, "If I can make that nerd over there's life as horrible and painful as possible, people will be nice to me and think I'm cool!", and it's not a healthy way to think. The "cool" people are a bunch of dime-a-dozen backstabbing dirtbags overcome by peer pressure who are willing to do anything if it makes the scum around them happy. Don't worry about them, you're safest as far away from them as possible and letting them get to you just makes them stronger.

If you're going for a gaming computer, just get a desktop. It'll do the same thing for way cheaper (unless mobility is important, in which case a laptop is your only choice).

They're producing it in studio and only (maybe) shipping it around when completed to get it in theaters. They have already stated that they regretted having no creative input in Prince of Persia (which was not a terrible video game > film adaptation) and want to rectify that.

That said, yes I am cautiously optimistic. I still think it could be good. Fassbender is a phenominal choice imo.

I second this. This sounds incredible and right now it's too late for me to think of some bad Assassin's creed puns. But you've got to remember with these reports that nothings true about them. As far as films go every things permitted if it turns a profit. (oh look at that it isn't too late.)

Jurassic Park 4.... WHERE ARE YOU???!!!!! That and a fallout movie. IF They do make a Assassin's Creed Movie I will watch it though. Not gonna put my hopes up though.

My day: Woke up, at some Reeses Puffs Cereal with my kitty cat Minnie. Played some Minecraft. Found a huge cave system and got gold, Lapis, and that red dust. Bad part was I died like 4 times in that cave. I also got jumped by a creeper. He seriously just popped right up behind me. No noise, nothing. It was daylight too!

    Reminds me of this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eKbJi...eature=mh_lolz

My past few days: I had to go with my dad for 2 days. My little brother is so annoying. I went to a Cherokee Reservation. I feel sorry for them. I have seen many, many tourist traps, and that was by far the shantyest(?). Also, 2 guys were wearing Redskin jerseys, which is very rude. I've also been working on my Richard Nixon.

Here's what I have been going on: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sh163...YfAKm5FASCLk4Q

Hey, I mentioned a Fallout Movie didn't I? I must've gotten you hopes up. I am truly sorry. So, to make it up to YOU the reader here:
