That is a terribly sad story about your dog. At least he died happy, thinking he'd see his buddy. That's really the most you can hope for.

I've got some similar regrets, too. I used to have this awesome cat named Charlie. He was a rare, expensive breed, a Maine Coon or something similar. I found him as a stray by a dumpster when I used to live in Houston. I loved that cat to pieces. We were best buddies. When he died, though... I'd never lost a pet before. I was sitting, playing PS2 (Metropolismania 2 was the game, I think), and my parents had come in to say that he was dying. I didn't fully grasp what that meant, so I kept on playing. Man, I used to be such a little ☺☺☺☺. To this day, I hate myself for that. He was my best friend, sad as that is, and you know all he wanted was to see me before he died.

Thank you for your prayers. She was a good dog, we know she's in a better place.

(I haven't done much good for the tone of this thread lately. Maybe I should write a noir story and channel all of my feelings into that instead.)
Eh, Very well. Your choice not to share.

Yes, the mailman cried when he heard the news of Lou's passing.

Sorry about your cat, Cats are magnificent creatures. No child grasps death, most people never do, I will not judge you. I never saw any of my pets before they passed. Sad things, truly sad things.

No problem, prayers are my speciality. She is in a better place, and she will be talking about you to whoever guards the gates until it is your turn. Funny thing is I have no religion as of now.

Eh, who cares? Sadness is apart of everyone's day and I think people like to lift each other up after sadness. People like to gripe, and Grieve. It is okay to be sad in this thread, the title is "So, how was YOUR day" nit "Happy Happy Fun Time YEAH!" Some days are sad, some aren't. You've been having a rough time lately and one of the things you need to do is talk it out. To us, the wise old men of the forums, to someone you trust, or a wall I don't know. The point is, you must communicate your problems and it is okay to do it through here.

I've just realized that I'm going to be pretty low on hard drive space when I'm done. It's not the hard drive that my OS is on, so I figure it can fit (there will be 5-10 GB left), but if things start acting funny I'll have to pull it off of there before it begins to catch fire.

I love how people get so angry at team mates, while playing League of Legends, when you don't do as good as they were.

We will be getting a lot more people with the merger, and with a big release like Infinite coming up, I'd say that's not unlikely.

Alone in my house for the next day, had an untimely "sickness." Every creak in the house scares the ☺☺☺☺ out of me...

Oh and, I think 2K lacks a Pony megathread, should make one.

    MY SCHOOL STORY TRUMPS YOURS
    Wait, there's more.

I know an Asian dude [Real ☺☺☺☺☺☺☺] and he took some sort of a drug during school that he hadn't taken before. Like PS15 or something. Anyway he freaked out, he was sweating and going crazy. He punched a cop, and tried to run out of school or something. Another time he was hiding behind the school with some of his friends smoking weed and other drugs, and the police caught him and arrested him. Then he was expelled.

Another time some big old black chick brought in Zaxby's. Zaxby's is some horrible fried chicken resturaunt. Anyway she brought in some Zaxby's fried chicken and a couple of Black people wanted her fried chicken. She got jumped and beat up for some Zaxby's fried chicken. My School System = Stereotype land.

There are a considerable amount of drug busts in our high school and middle school. Several people I know this year hae been expelled/suspended for possession of drugs, and people've been caught dealing dr8ugs at their lockers.

Oh my god... at least the people at my school only take drugs at home. (That could have transitioned to more drama story but it won't for your sake)

EDIT: Crap, I broke Task Manager...

EDIT II: I'm going to post a screenshot of Task Manager to see if anyone knows how to fix it. Here

Same with my school, drugs are a problem. I remember at the beginning of the year there was a fight each day. Some redneck once cussed me out in front of the bus driver, in fact he cussed everyone out. The bus was hell, I stopped riding it, to many bullies and a huge lack of seats. Atleast fights keep things interesting.

I live in Knoxville, the 3rd largest city in Tennessee, 300,000 peopleish. Lots of Minorities. Very Scary, like Harlem. Our school is where all the poor kids go, A.K.A. the ones that can't afford the 1000 dollar Ipad to go to the private school. I choose to go to my school because most of my friends where going there.

I'm surprised there's so much crime and drugs in our town. It's a relatively small town.

I actually had a really fun day today. I got together with a bunch of friends from work and went to my first Pro Soccer game, Real Salt Lake vs. Toronto FC. I've never really been into Soccer but I had fun at the game, and RSL won despite loads of lousy calls from the refs. Afterwards a few of us went bowling and I got to show off how terrible I am at that game

Yeah, Toronto always seems to get things called in their favor. You should watch a TFC vs Whitecaps game. Its... eyeopening. I'll say that much.

My English teacher taught around that area (Texas), she likes to tells us a lot of intimidating stories about gangs, shootings, drugs, and fights. Being as I live in a kind of "clean neighborhood" it's kind of foreign to me but... If your school is anything like the one she taught at I would be deathly afraid to walk through the door. But she taught closer to the border near a town she said was the most dangerous in the world so... Yeah.

I'm more surprised there isn't where I live, given the proximity to the city and the U.S.-Mexican border. Seems like there'd be more drugs than there are, but I guess that's a good thing.

That's actually pretty far from Tennessee. Not terribly so, but...

EDIT: What resolution is 1080p? My computer says my TV is native 1920x1080, but I could have sworn the box said it was only 720p.

It's been a while. How's everyone doing? I've just about completed my first year in architectural school. I must say, it's been a quite an experience. We just finished our final project for the year in which we had to design and build a concept store for Bodum. I should definitely post pictures of how it turned out. I've also been extremely busy with my YouTube channel! I am on my way to fame and fortune! ...well that's about it. See everyone later!

When talking HD resolution the numbers refer to the number of vertical pixels and the letter distinguishes whether the picture is interlaced (i) or progressive scan (p).

So yes, your TV would be 1080p.

It's been a while since I posted by my standards anyway so here's what's happened with me. I finished my first major exam and I have to say it's very underwhelming me and my friend both agree that although we should be worried about these exams we're not. I'm now on book four of A Song Of Ice And Fire and I've loved them all so far, I'm also trying to find a strategy game that allows me to fight battles like they do in game of thrones. I've also started a new profile on my PS3 but I can't decide on a character for Skyrim.

Lately its been frustrating at certain points but fun nonetheless.
I look forward every day to my new friends, and kittens! That my cat recently had. I also found a random kitten in my backyard that doesnt belong to her litter, nor does it have its eyes open yet. Idk. Very random..

I was sick today, had the cold. The cold is the worst sickness. It is just misery for however long you have it, there's nothing to help it, and you can't get off from school. You sit there, snugzis flowing out of your nose, your sneezing and coughing, and you are just miserable. You can't go to the Nurse she'd be like "Lol go away you ☺☺☺☺☺ of a man." When you have the cold there is no escape, you are just stuck, miserable, your nose begins to get red after a while and begins to hurt when you use a tissue.

    Cold I http://icanhascheezburger.files.word...pg?w=500&h=332 you.

On the upside I got to see some of the classes I am going into next year, along with picking some extra fluff. I'll try to get into Spanish, and Drama. Band is a pain in the ass, I hate my teachers there and they hate me. What sane man would stick his mouth to a spit covered valve just to make a loud buzzing noise? I ask you friends? Besides all of the instruments are used.

Note: I want Chicken Noodle soup.. but is it to late? My late night schedule shouldn't be interrupted by soup.

    Also there's this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wibmc...YfAKm5FASCLk4Q

Been trying to admit defeat as of late. Blagh, tastes like... lime.

EDIT: Next CoD was just revealed. Looks like they combined the Black Ops 2 and CoD: Future Warfare rumors... I can't tell, but it almost looks like they put a little effort into this one. I dunno.

EDIT II: I hear one of the devs confirmed Zombies. That's the selling point right there, for me anyway.

EDIT III: Apparently noone plays Battlefield: Bad Company 2 on PC anymore. Waste of $20...

I found out about a game coming out soon called Warlocks: Masters of the Arcane. I don't usually pre-order games, but I actually might with this.
