v1.1 Patch doesn't install (HELP)

The worldwide and the UK patch doesn't want to install on my system anymore. When i run the patch I get to the notification, I click OK and get to the "updating system" bit and it just stays there,.....it doesn't make sense. I thought it was my windows installation but it is the same after formating and reinstalling windows. The game runs fine but i want to instal the 1.1 patch.

My system specs are;

Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 2.8ghz
ASUS P5K Deluxe WiFi-AP
4GB OCZ PC2-6400 @ 5-4-4-18
GeForce 9600GT
Onboard Audio (via Coaxial)

Windows Vista 64 with SP1

Please help

If anyone has the extracted form of the patch, it will be much appreciated.

EDIT: Nevermind, issue has been resolved.
