    Gene Bank

I seem to be having a problem with using the gene bank. I am unable to change track. I can select each of them but then i can not do anything more so I always stay on track 1. Is this right? Maybe I do not understand exactly what I am suppose to do. I know it says that step two is to drag items but I am not able to. I can for track one but not for others , essentially leaving me with only theutilization of waht ever I have in track two.

what am i doing wrong or do I have a glitch? otherwise everthing else seems I guess normal, however i do notice that my bot station (the thing that turns them off) only worked once for me and evertime I come to find one there is no lever for me to use or using "e" on my keyboard does nothing.

I am using the PC version with the current patch 1.1

running xp sp2, dual 8800gtx 768 nvidia cards, 4 gig mem, 3.2 quad chip from intel. should work fine right? process wise.
