    I'm not trying to be rude or anything but I read some topics in the tech support, and some people have been waiting for 5 months with a ticket. I love the game, just need some help with some glitches and sound problems.

    just download the patch. i did it and my game has had fewer crashes so far. If you have it for the computer just search Bioshock 1.1 Patch but if you have it for XBox 360 i dont know what to tell you.....
