Please Give Me Refund Info
ive had this game for months now and still havent been able to play it for more then 2 mins without it crashing and the patch doesnt work either. i have no intention of installing this game ever again.
since i cant take it back to the store, which i tried to do when i first bought it and Best Buy said "ask the manufacturer for a refund." i am now asking you, 2K Games, for the information that i need to receive my full refund.
and please do not ask me to be patient and wait for more game fixes to be released because i am not concerned about that, since im never going to be installing it again.

i see i have no replies, i guess 2K games doesnt want to take responsibility for such a defective game.
