id say medical pavilion cuz it was the first level that you play in the game and when all the first scary parts happen with the scary music it really catches you off guard and makes even more scared.i for 1 never expected to have the thills that i did with this game from looking at that game cover and game trailer, along with the morgue and the funeral home for added creepiness to the level as well

Definetly Fort Frolic.Better than most SS2 levels.Hephasteus was the worst,freaking Quake clone.
my favorite level is the KASHMIR RESTERAUNT becuase it really gives the game the kick in the beginning and makes you say to yourself Sh** what am I in for. the hanging Happy New Year 1959 sign and all the destruction and water shows you that this game will get how we say " challenging and very frighting " very very shortly.
