    Dear 2K:

    I waited for the patch as loyal customer, hoping that I could one day say "2k ain't that bad, they fixed what was wrong with the game even it it took months", but I can't do that. The patch doesn't fix crashes. You obviously have no intentions of fixing the problems with the game, and as such it will never work on my machine.

    After I've wasted my time and money on this faulty product, I can't return it to the store where I bought it. It's simply been too long, and the CD key has already been used anyway. All I'm left to do now is hope that one day this kind of behavior will become a legal subcategory of fraud.

    So Dear 2k, in my final repose, I beg you: please tell me where I can send my retail Bioshock DVD and box in whole so as to receive a full refund.

    I would like to know as well. The game is uninstalled from my machine and will never be played again.
