The key to cooking english muffins is to check on them periodically. You don't want to burn them, but you want them to be hot enough so that the butter melts on it's own. I don't know why your thing hasn't been answered yet.

They are being very sluggish. The patch, the big daddy boxes, and customer service have all been painfully slow, so unfortunately, I nor does anyone know the progress of our replacements.
Well, since I really want a response from the creators. I'll bump this twice a day, or more depending on how long it takes. And, yeah I know they barely ever respond because most posts are people complaining about their problems with the game!
